his motivation and training tips that we can all learn from. His message of enjoying what you do is simple but often overlooked by so many of us (page 12).
Staying with running, the last year has seen hordes of new enthusiasts taking up the sport due to lockdowns, so we take a look at the common mistakes we all make when we run, even those of us who are more experienced (page 22).
