We love it when a plan comes together, but when it comes to building a classic Ford, that can sometimes be easier said than done. Fortunately, the five fi ne folk who put together the incredible cars featured in this issue are proof that it can be done, with an end result that more than justifies the amount and time and efort (and yes, money) that is sometimes involved.

We’ve just returned from a hugely successful Ford Fair (page 22) where the Classic Ford Paddock was positively brimming with cracking classics, almost all of which were built with love and care by the owners’ hands — it’s further inspired us to get a shift on with our own projects, and even get some on the road that are long overdue.
